Do you think Obama’s Presidency will help or harm each party?

At this point, I am not really positive what Obama's presidency will do to each party because both parties do not seem to be pleased with what he has done. I do believe he is trying to get our country in a better spot, but seems to take the wrong approach sometimes. A lot of people are not pleased with him right now, but that does not mean all people have to do is bash him. I think that since for the time being he is our president, we need to do our best to support him.

    I completely agree on your point to support our president. Whether we are happy about all of his decisions or not we should still support him. I just wish that people were not constantly reviewing his presidency like it is a campaign.

    If our presdient is doing something you disagree with and goes agianst what you believe, why would you support him? Take it from a samller scale, your parents are like the presidents of the household, they make decisions for your life and how you grow up, if you feel the decision they are making is not best and you dont like it you dont support how they feel. The President of the united states make decisions that can effect your life way more dramatically then your parents. if you dont like something stand up for it, dont settle with the fact that "oh hes the president he has so much going on supprot him no matter what" thats b.s

    first of all i didn't say i necessarily disagree. what i said was "I am not really positive what Obama's presidency will do to each party because both parties do not seem to be pleased with what he has done". so i am still giving him the benefit of the doubt at this point, which is a position that a lot of people are taking.

    I agree with what your saying. and i agree with the fact that he is trying to do something right and good for our country, but that he is not always taking the right approach

    It is still early on in Obama's presidency to say exactly how it will affect each of the parties. He is trying to do a lot but changes take time and his approach to the different issues hasn't always been excepted. I think only time will tell what kind of an impact this president will make.
