Guantanamo Bay

ok, first of all, i do not believe that guantanamo bay should be closed. what are we going to do with all of these prisoners that are basically out to get us? its just a little crazy. but since there is a plan to close the prison, i think that the people being held there should not be tried in the US but in the countries where they committed the crimes they were convicted of.

    i think your right, but if they are tried in the country of the crime then its possible that country would grant amnesty, because the crimes of that individual could be seen as honorable. If the crime is against the US, they should be tried in the US.

    I agree with Justin on this and they should be tried in the Us but not with US rights granted to them for the trial.
